At Bronte Living Furniture, we understand that products do not always fit your space. That is why we offer 7-day exchange or return policy on your orders.
If you decide to return your order, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
For returns and exchanges, you are welcome to drop the boxes off at our warehouse free of charge. If you are not able to drop them off at our warehouse, please contact us at info@bronteimport.com and we will proceed to send you the instructions and the return shipping labels.
Return:
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the product is in new condition, keep the original packaging handy, and pack the product as securely as it was received.". We kindly remind you that, If you no longer have the original packaging, we will not be able to safely ship the product and you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Please be aware that the return shipping cost for individual bar stools, counter stools, dining chairs, coffee tables, and bar tables is $18 each. A flat return shipping fee of $38 is applicable for all other items.
Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by Bronte Living Furniture unless the product is damaged.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, clearance, final sale, and open-box items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
When the product has been inspected and we have verified that it is in new condition, we will proceed to make the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the product. Additionally, please remember that restocking fees of up to 80% of the product's value may apply if the item is received poorly packaged or shows signs of damage or use.
