Return Policy

Return Policy

At Bronte Living Furniture, we understand that products do not always fit your space. That is why we offer a 15 days return policy on your orders.

If you decide to return your order, you can initiate a return up to 15 days from the date of delivery.

You are welcome to drop the boxes off at our warehouse free of charge. If you are not able to drop them off at our warehouse, we will send you the return shipping labels.

Please note:

Only regular priced items may be returned. Products for sale, special orders, outdoor chairs, tables or patios sets cannot be returned.

To initiate a successful return, make sure that the product is in new condition, you must have the original packaging on hand and the product should be packed in the same way it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, we will not be able to safely ship the product and you will not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping labels will not be paid or refunded for Bronte Living Furniture unless the items were defected or damaged.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

When the product has been inspected and we have verified that it is in new condition, we will proceed to make the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS

1. Bronte Living Furniture will process a purchase refund within a maximum of four (4) business days of receiving the return product.

2. When apply, restocking fees will be calculated from product price before taxes and will be deducted from the total amount of the purchases eligible for refund. (In the case the product returns damaged due to poor re-packaging)

3. Refund will be based on the original method of payment and the amount       actually paid for the merchandise.

4. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, unless you received an item in error or damaged. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

5. To ensure a full refund, the products can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and still have all of the documentation, components, and accessories.
