Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as enjoyable as possible, which is why we offer Free Shipping within Canada. However, due to Canada's vast territories, Free Shipping comes with some exceptions for areas that fall outside our service area. These exceptions include the following regions: Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Yukon and additional places beyond our usual service coverage which may incur an additional shipping cost.

Please Note: If you are located in one of these areas, please let us know, and we will calculate the shipping cost before you place your order.

Order Processing Time and Delivery

At Bronte Living Furniture, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly to ensure your satisfaction. After you place an order, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your product within 24 business hours. Our goal is to have your item in your hands as swiftly as possible.

Online Orders: In-Store Pick Up
For online purchases with 'pick up' option, you can collect your product within 24 hours from our facility. If you require same-day pickup, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to expedite the processing for you.

Online Orders: To be shipped
Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can expect your package to arrive within approximately:

  • Toronto GTA :  1 to 3  business days 
  • Quebec : 2 to 4  business days
  • Saskatchewan : 3 to 6  business days
  • Vancouver : 4 to 7  business days 
  • Alberta : 7 to 12  business days
  • Other : 7 to 15  business days
  • 7 to 19  business  days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary based on your specific area. Occasionally, unexpected situations beyond our control may lead to delays in the delivery process. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such rare occurrences. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are committed to delivering a smooth and efficient shopping experience.


If you've made an online purchase and wish to cancel your order after it's been placed, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  2. Provide your order number and details.
  3. We will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, please be aware that a return shipping fee will be charged to facilitate the return of your order to our warehouse. We want to provide this option to you, but there will be a cost associated with the return process.

Rejection at the Time of Delivery

We kindly request that if you choose to reject your order upon delivery, please notify us so that we are informed about the situation. Please note that if this occurs, the shipping cost associated with receiving the product will be deducted from your refund. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns


Please understand that while signatures may be required for Small Parcel deliveries, the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier, who will do their best to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience for you.
