For orders under $400 or outside the free local delivery zone, standard shipping rates apply.

Order Processing Time and Delivery

If you decide that you want your order to be shipped, please know that, At Bronte Living Furniture, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly to ensure your satisfaction. After you place an order, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your product within 24 business hours. Our goal is to have your item in your hands as swiftly as possible.

Online Orders: Free Local Pick Up
For online purchases with 'pick up' option, you can collect your product within 24 hours from our facility. If you require same-day pickup, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to expedite the processing for you.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can expect your package to arrive within approximately:

URBAN AREAS:
  • Toronto GTA :  1 to 3  business days 
  • Quebec : 2 to 4  business days
  • Saskatchewan : 3 to 6  business days
  • Vancouver : 4 to 7  business days 
  • Alberta : 7 to 12  business days
  • Other : 7 to 15  business days
RURAL AREAS:
  • 7 to 19  business  days

Cancellations

If you've made an online purchase and wish to cancel your order after it's been placed, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  2. Provide your order number and details.
  3. We will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, please be aware that a return shipping fee will be charged to facilitate the return of your order to our warehouse. We want to provide this option to you, but there will be a cost associated with the return process.

Rejection at the Time of Delivery

We kindly request that if you choose to reject your order upon delivery, please notify us so that we are informed about the situation. Please note that if this occurs, the shipping cost associated with receiving the product will be deducted from your refund. Delivery

Please understand that while signatures may be required for Small Parcel deliveries, the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier, who will do their best to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience for you.
